test_add_remove_network.py:test_27_remove_nic_insufficient_permission
test case failing from regression suite, this test case creating account with
more than 100 character we should trim
Similar issue reported in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-4747, instead of fixing in
test case,please fix in Marvin; trim account name to 99 before creating account
