CLOUDSTACK-4738: UI > VM Wizard > deployVM API has been changed to take in one
new parameter CUSTOM_PARAMETERS instead of 3 parameters
CPU_NUMBER/CPU_SPEED/MEMORY. Here is corresponding UI change.
