> -Go to Network
> -Select VPC view from the dropdown
> -Create a VPC if there is none present
> -On a VPC, click on "Configure" button
> -If needed, proceed and set the minimal required settings (eg. tier)
> -Click on the Routers Network ACL Lists button, the ACLs are now listed
> -Click on any item to open its detail view
> -Select the ACL List Rules tab
> Click on the "Edit tags" button of any the existing entries in the grid

> -Tag editor should appear and tags should be editable
