Verification steps:
1. Enable static nat on public ip P1 on VM vm1
2. Enable static nat on public ip P2 on VM vm1
Verify the you receive the error message with VM name, vm id and with public
ip info.
Example msg:
Failed to enable static nat on the ip 10.147.52.117 with Id
e9de3365-65fa-40bd-903c-d53ae8ccc5e8 as the vm i-2-55-QA with Id
64cc17a0-164a-4eee-8c54-53f057371fcb is already associated with another public
ip 10.147.52.116 with id 836c30c6-d7a5-4672-93f6-20c783b72e4c
