1.Created a VPC network. And create Tier1 for the VPC.
2. Acquired 2 IP addresses and mapped it to the VM to configure rules.
Noticing that the count displayed for the VPC Tier Public Address is incorrect.
In my setup, I have acquired only 2 IPs, but the display shows 7. Please find
the screenshot attached.
This could be the issue while togging the screens back and forth the VPC tiers.
But this is again my assumption. Tried again couple of times, noticed that the
IP count shown on the UI was at 7 and did not increment.
