Sven Vogel resolved CLOUDSTACK-8903.
------------------------------------
       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 4.5.2

My Problem. I found out that you need 100% DNS Resolution. A Host Entry in
/etc/hosts seems not solve the problem.
