In case of VMWare and Hyper-v , linc local is on eth1. So the command in
all the failed tests to verify link local IP should be modified.
"cat /var/cache/cloud/cmdline | xargs | sed \"s/ /\\n/g\" | grep eth0ip= |
sed \"s/\=/ /g\" | awk '{print $2}'",.
It is using eth0ip. However, it should be eth1ip.
