Under Projects view when we click on Networks tab, it throws an error that says
"“Account and projectId can't be specified together”
This is because as part of listing Networks we are also firing
listRemoteAccessVpns API for which we are supplying both accountId and
projectId parameters. This is not correct since project resources are shared
across all accounts. We can’t list individually for an account belonging to a
project.
Steps to Reproduce
================
1. Create a project and add an account
2. Go to Project View and choose the Project created
3. Click on Networks tab
