Adding new marvin test to verify starting vm after removing NIC and reattaching.
Steps to verify:

1.Create vm with three networks (e.g. #0,#1,#2)
2.Stop the vm
3.Remove one nic from vm (e.g.: #1)
4.Add nic to vm from the removed network again
5.Start VM
