Nick Livens updated CLOUDSTACK-9320:
------------------------------------
    Description:
InternalLBVM is not getting destroyed when the last Internal Load Balancer rule
is removed for the corresponding source IP address.

This not the expected behavior with feature Internal LB, refer the following
documentation of the feature Internal LB:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/Internal+Load+Balancing+between+VPC+tiers

InternalLBVM is only getting destroyed when we restart the Internal LB network
with cleanup (or) delete the network.
