After upgrading from 4.7.x to 4.9.2.0, the management server apparently did not
add the line
{code}
db.usage.driver=jdbc:mysql
{code}
to {{db.properties}}. Thus upon startup, the server reports the error message
"DriverLoader DB driver type null is not supported", and does not start fully
(migration tasks do not start, and the GUI cannot connect).
The server process has to be terminated hard via SIGKILL.
After adding the line manually, the server starts fine.
