Please allow specifying a mac address:

1) in deployVirtualMachine , as macaddress parameter (as with default 
networking) or with iptonetworklist mac parameter.

2) in addNicToVirtualMachine call, with macaddress parameter.

This would migrating VMs from another environment into cloudstack.
