@rhtyd All the failures due to the following error
errorCode: 431, errorText:The VLAN tag vlan://846 is already being used for
dynamic vlan allocation for the guest network in zone pr2311-t1646-kvm-centos7
This is not related to these code changes. Most likely cleanup issues in
test code. Any idea on the fixes related to this in test cases?
