Thanks for reviewing @wido, can you also help test the new templates with
this branch. You may also want to add a new Jenkins+packer job to build
templates for 4.11/master+, see the README at `tools/appliances` for details.
Lastly, can you grant me ssh/sftp access on downloads.cloudstack.org as I would
like to share the templates and fix the checksum in the db upgrade path before
this PR is merged.
