 Review comment:
   I would prefer going the script way, perhaps re-using one of the import 
keystore/cert scripts. Alternatively, `KeyStore` could be read and manipulated 
(keys imported etc) by using Java only, agreeing with what @rafaelweingartner 
suggested.
