Also there is a link to the KEYS file in the text:
"download the KEYS as well as ..."
This currently links to
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/cloudstack/KEYS.
That must be changed to
https://downloads.apache.org/cloudstack/KEYS
Note: https://www.apache.org/dist/cloudstack/KEYS
is acceptable, but redirects to downloads anyway,
http: is not acceptable, and dist.apache.org is not acceptable
