This is a good idea. We use such a class in our product as we are not on Java 6 
yet. I would migrate to use this class and dump ours when released. The only 
issue I see is agreeing on a name. 'CauseIOException' is a bit odd to me. IMO, 
it is not crystal clear what the class does. Alternatives could be:
- IOExceptionWithCause
- IOExceptionExtended
- ExtendedIOException
Thoughts?
