HiveMind has support for "pipelines" which consist of a series of "filters" and
a "terminator." Basically, each method call goes through each filter and
eventually finishes with the terminator (think Servlet filters and Servlets).
This involves some pretty tricky proxy gymnastics. It would be nice if Commons
Proxy supported this "out of the box."
