Some static methods in the Conversion class do document that
IndexOutOfBoundsException or NullPointerException will be thrown from the
method in some cases. But there are some methods missing those documentation in
the Javadoc comments which could result in unexpected exceptions thrown. It is
suggested to have better description of what known exception could be thrown
from the methods.
