But that version is neither available on the download page nor in the Maven
central repository.
The version on the master branch is still {{2.0.0-M1-SNAPSHOT}}, although there
is a {{release}} branch with version {{2.0.0-M1}}, but there is no commit
tagged {{2.0.0-M1}} on either branch.
It has been so since March 2024. What happened? Can either version 2.0.0-M1 be
released, or the README file be corrected?
