Description:
As of now, the [Download
page|https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-daemon/download_daemon.cgi] for
Apache Commons Daemon lists only the following Binaries:
commons-daemon-1.5.0-bin.tar.gz
commons-daemon-1.5.0-bin.zip
that contain compiled java code (jar) and related files (javadoc, sources), but
there is no link or mention of the Binaries for Windows, that are available at
[https://dlcdn.apache.org//commons/daemon/binaries/windows/]
