I don't agree.
Of course, if as in your example using this to wrap an IllegalArgumentException
is not really useful. But when users wrap more business-oriented exceptions in
these, they feel these exceptions useful and these exceptions do provide as
many information as the user as put in, which can be plenty.
You are right in the fact they belong to the same category as
FunctionEvaluationException. We should perhaps have all these exception extend
some UserException class to make this more clear.
