## Summary Fix [VFS-658](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VFS-658): `CombinedResources.getKeys()` created a fresh `Properties.keys()` enumeration on every call, so it repeatedly returned the first key and could leave `containsKey()` looping. Capture the enumeration once and advance it across calls. ## Verification - Added regressions for unique key enumeration and `containsKey()`, with timeouts against the former non-terminating behavior. - `mvn -q verify` and the literal default `mvn` both passed locally (nine-module reactor). - No hosted CI result is claimed yet.
