The initial upstream Java CI, CodeQL and Dependency Review workflows require maintainer approval; their job lists currently contain no jobs. Could a maintainer approve those checks for this contribution when convenient? The submitted revision is `9f75a9a6c2fcbc3d287a170827f2efe861cbe90d`.
