   ## Summary

   In `org.apache.commons.lang3.Conversion`, the hex conversion methods
`byteToHex`, `intToHex`, `longToHex`, and `shortToHex` take parameter `final
String dstInit`, but their Javadoc tags contained typos:
   1. `@throws StringIndexOutOfBoundsException Thrown if {@code
dst.init.length() < dstPos}.` referenced invalid identifier `dst.init` instead
of `dstInit`.
   2. `@param dstPos` and `@param nHexs` referenced destination as `{@code
dst}` instead of `{@code dstInit}`.
   3. `@return {@code dst}.` referenced non-existent parameter `dst` instead of
describing the converted `String` based on `dstInit`.

   This PR corrects the parameter, return, and exception tags across all 4 hex
conversion methods.
