## Description
1. Fix `@see Predefined#...` Javadoc references in `CSVFormat`:
- `INFORMIX_UNLOAD`: references `Predefined#InformixUnload` (was
`Predefined#MySQL`).
- `INFORMIX_UNLOAD_CSV`: references `Predefined#InformixUnloadCsv` (was
`Predefined#MySQL`).
- `MONGODB_TSV`: references `Predefined#MongoDBTsv` (was
`Predefined#MongoDBCsv`).
- `POSTGRESQL_CSV`: references `Predefined#PostgreSQLCsv` (was
`Predefined#MySQL`).
- `POSTGRESQL_TEXT`: references `Predefined#PostgreSQLText` (was
`Predefined#MySQL`).
2. Clean up redundant `try (...) { fail(...); }` inside
`assertThrows(IllegalArgumentException.class, ...)` in
`CSVParserTest#testClosesInputStreamOnParsePathException` and
`CSVParserTest#testClosesInputStreamOnParseUrlException`, letting
`assertThrows` directly verify that the lambda throws the expected exception.
