In the other projects that are part of Common, such as loggin, lang, cli and
collection, the name of the distribution file, the binary one, has a sufix
"-bin" but not in this project.
I mean, these are the name of the other projects:
commons-cli-1.2-bin.tar.gz
commons-collections-3.2.1-bin.tar.gz
commons-lang-2.5-bin.tar.gz
commons-logging-1.1.1-bin.tar.gz
as you can see, all of them have the sufix -bin after the version, and before
the extension.
However, for this project, the name is this
commons-configuration-1.6.tar.gz
I would like that this project hold the same structure.
