Controller process automatically restarts the controlled process when it dies.
In some cases it would be good if a configurable OS command could be
automatically executed when a restart happens.
Controller process could also pass any information about failure that it may
have to the script.
This mechanism could e.g. be used for reporting the event or in some cases also
for taking some corrective action that may be required after a crash.
