Till this issue is fixed, Currently what i am adding both uppercase and
lowercase strings as allowed schemes before constructing UrlValidator.
For examples, adding both "HTTP" and "http" as allowed schemes.

> I am using org.apache.commons.validator.routines.UrlValidator class to
> validate URLs. The problem is that when the URL is all uppercase, the
> isValid(...) method returns false.
> For example:
> https://sample.ondemand.com is valid
> HTTPS://SAMPLE.ONDEMAND.COM is not valid
> RFC 1738 states that both URLs are valid.
