Underscore does appear to be valid in DNS
However it is not clear that such DNS entries are valid as host names, e.g. in
URLs
RFCs references are needed here
Without proof that underscore is supported by the relevant RFC, I would be -1
to unconditionally allowing underscore in the RE used to check domain names.
