org.apache.commons.validator.UrlValidator#isValid rejects TLD more than 4
characters.(for example, http://hello.tokyo/ )
A lot of new gTLDs has more than 4 characters(
http://www.icann.org/registries/listing.html ), and these domains cannnot pass
URL validation.
