Skipping seems to be closer related to COMPRESS-291 than this one. I'll create
a new one, close it and also close COMPRESS-291 pointing to the new ticket and
COMPRESS-333
Creating separate sub-tasks for listing and random access sounds like a very
good idea, thanks.
