I used to be a government worker before I retired. We were often accused of
"passing the buck" to someone else and then calling the job done. I always
resented that accusation and so I have to protest this JIRA being flagged as
"Resolved".
This JIRA accurately describes a problem that prevents XMLConfiguration
builder.getConfiguration() from executing. Deciding that the problem is caused
by an error in Bean Utils (JIRA BEANUTILS-477 which in turn passes the buck to
BEANUTILS-492) does not resolve the original issue.
If you had even identified a work around for the problem there might be
justification for flagging it as resolved.
IMHOP you should return this JIRA to status "Open" until a fix or a work-around
is identified and the issue successfully passes testing.
