I've committed the "plain generation" benchmark code, slightly edited: all
"nextXxx" methods are benchmarked in a single class
("GenerationTestPerformance"). Given the insight one would seek from such
benchmarks, I don't think that it's necessary to have all the flexibility of
having them in separate files.
