Sorry [[email protected]] I only saw [~garydgregory]'s request for
documentation after I created one myself. Didn't mean to trip on your toes.
I've tweaked the "is available" method to directly check for the dec library
and removed the otherwise unused matches method. Would be good if you could
take a second look.
