Reviewers - while disabling the JaCoCo report (change 1.iii described above)
is required in order to get the jdk-ea build to pass, it seems to be a good
idea regardless, as, IIUC, this report is broken on master anyway. If you
prefer this patch in a separate PR, just say so.
