Automatic building of parent once child is build

Some user requires the successful build of the child project immediately after
Build and Release of parent project , without following : - build the parent
project before building the child project .
The steps are :
1. The parent project is build and released .
2. Then from project group summary page - build the child project .. It shows
the error -
[ERROR] FATAL ERROR
[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[INFO] Error building POM (may not be this project's POM).

Reason: Cannot find parent: com.aexp.examples:training for project:
