XMLRPC Call ContinuumXmlRpcClient.getProjectsInBuildQueue() does not work when
projects are in the BuildQueue.
When the BuildQueue is empty, XMLRPC Call
ContinuumXmlRpcClient.getProjectsInBuildQueue() returns empty array.
Error received when projects are in BuildQueue :
Invalid return payload: enable debugging to examine incoming payload xmlrpc
element EX:SERIALIZABLE cannot be child of VALUE
org.apache.maven.continuum.xmlrpc.ContinuumService.getProjectsInBuildQueue
