When running create for a new project at line 62 with `CDV_VER=` the cat
command blocks with hd name values that included spaces. Mine, for example,
says 'Macintosh HD 2' - even with an `\` escape it still blocks. Hard coding
the version check or removing the cat command solves the problem.
