When the splash image changes from the native to the phonegap image it jumps
around 20px - can replicate fresh out the box, ios
Set it up in xcode as per fresh installation instructions then put in a blank
index.html so that you do not see the robot placeholder you will see the splash
screen jump down on load straight out of the box.
