I'll have some fun with it once I get these android scripts out. I have not
tested any plugin adding/removing on windows since I've been working mostly
with Windows Phone. This should definitely be fixed by 3.0, hopefully sooner
but the cli/plugman stuff is all fresh so there will be bugs with it
(especially if your running on windows since that is not an environment that
this was developed on).
I'll let you know in the meantime if I find a workaround for it.
