Michal Mocny commented on CB-3032:
----------------------------------
Tests pass, but I'm going to update the suite to reflect the new changes before
merging this in.
Also, the most recent documentation
(http://docs.phonegap.com/en/edge/guide_whitelist_index.md.html#Domain%20Whitelist%20Guide)
doesn't really reflect the iOS quirks regarding scheme. I've not found
anything in the widget spec that says we should default to http[s] and ftp[s]
for origins. I'm not proposing to break functionality, but it should at least
be documented, right?

> Currently on iOS, the whilelist only supports http[s] and ftp[s] protocols,
> and each entry always applies to all of them.
> We should support custom schemes, so that plugins can handle custom protocol
> requests.
