Resolution: Won't Fix
Sorry, but we don't support the swapping out of database files, especially
since the SQLite Plugin on Android 4.x stores them in a different location than
where webkit stores them. This could be partly why your pre-populated database
does not work, but I'm going to have to close this as Won't Fix, because this
isn't supported.
