Hi Jesse I submitted a pull request, here it is:

I worked today with Visual Studio trying to get mobile spec loaded in HTC 8X,
and found some info in the README that need it update. I also used the create
script and it worked.
I also tested using the template, so documented the steps I took.
There were some items not rendering properly in the markdown, and some links
pointing to phonegap instead of cordova.io
Let me know if you have any concerns or you are OK merging this.
