Just to be clear - I not proposing it goes 'back in the project'.
The echo plugin was part of core and only partially removed. I am proposing to
finish the removal job which means:
* remove the CDVEcho bits from cordova-ios
* remove the echo.js from cordova-js
Then add a fully baked plugin (cordova-plugin-echo) that resides inside the
cordova-mobile-spec project, which is the only place it is used since it is
only used for testing and benchmarking.
It could be a fully separate repo, but it isn't likely to be used by anyone
else...
