Suggest a separate "feature" command that modifies the more cumbersome "plugin"
command when used for core API features. So instead of the hard-to-remember:
$ cordova plugin add
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-plugin-console.git
try:
$ cordova feature add console
Bonus points: autocompletion to choose from among uninstalled features.
