[~filmaj] We need both of Jeff's commits added to plugman and published to NPM.
Then we can update package.json for cordova-blackberry and drop jpps/utils from
the create script.
Once that's done I'm on board for tagging 3.0 final.
I'll start by adding both commits to plugman master now. Currently at YYC for
the next couple hours before heading to Portland.
