Currently the app that gets created by cordova-paramedic has a default app ID of `io.cordova.hellocordova`. Unfortunately, there is currently no flag that allows the user to specify a different app ID via the CLI. For instance, in my use case I need to specify a specific app ID since the plugin under test requires a license key that is tied directly to the app ID....
