None of the Objective-C files (e.g. CDVDevice.h, CDVDevice.m) are copied into
the Xcode plugins folder. I've also tested with Phonegap CLI 3.0.0-0.14.3 which
also doesn't copy the files during build.
I'm working around this with custom build script. But I find it unusual that I
couldn't find anyone with the same issue. It would suggest it's my environment
but I'm certain I'm using the correct Xcode build tools, etc.
Note: The Javascript for the plugins ARE copied during build.
