is there anything that needs to be due by the application? I am attempting to
upload a new version of my app to the google play store. I updated the file
plugin, but google still says that I am using READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and wants me to
justify it. My app only writes to 1 file in the application data directory. I
feel that writing and reading like this shouldn't require the READ_MEDIA_IMAGES
permission.
This is the code that I use to write the file
```
window.requestFileSystem(LocalFileSystem.PERSISTENT, 1024, function(fs) {
fs.root.getFile("app.json", { create: true }, function(fileEntry) {
// ...
});
});
```
